Comfy Cover MTO

This is a pull on style cloth diaper cover with PUL on the inside. PUL is waterproof and will prevent clothing from being wet. This can be worn over a preflat, prefold or fitted style cloth diaper. The outer material is double brushed polyester, the inside material is PUL.
